Knife care
All knives are made out of carbon steel. This requires a small bit of simple care to keep your knife in top shape. Rinse throughly after each use and dry completely. Occasionally add a light coat of vegetable oil to the blade.
Board care
Every charcuterie/cutting board has two coats of butcher block finish (obtained from your local hardware or big box store). If the finish gets dull, sand lightly and rub a thin coat of butcher block finish with a soft rag to restore the new look.
